Booking & Scheduling

I recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance, especially for seasonal sessions (fall and spring are busy!). However, I sometimes have last-minute availability, so reach out even if you need something sooner.
Life happens! If you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance and we'll find a new date that works. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the session fee, but we can discuss exceptions for emergencies.
Yes! I serve Jacksonville and surrounding areas including Ponte Vedra, St. Augustine, Amelia Island, and more. Travel fees may apply for locations beyond 30 miles from Jacksonville.

Session Details

Session lengths vary: Mini sessions are 30 minutes, standard sessions are 60-90 minutes. This gives us plenty of time to capture a variety of shots without feeling rushed.
Comfort is key! I'll send you a detailed style guide once you book, but think coordinating (not matching) colors, layers, and outfits that make you feel like YOU. Jacksonville weather can be tricky, so we'll plan together based on the season and location.
Absolutely! Props that are meaningful to you (like a favorite blanket, sports equipment, or books) can add personality to your photos. Pets are always welcome. They're family too!
We'll monitor the weather closely leading up to your session. If it looks like rain, we can reschedule at no charge. Light drizzle can actually create beautiful, moody photos if you're up for it!

Pricing & Packages

Every session includes: pre-session consultation, the photo session itself, professional editing, an online gallery with high-resolution digital images, and print release so you can print wherever you'd like.
Yes! A 50% deposit is due at booking to secure your date, with the remaining balance due on the day of your session. I accept credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle.
You'll receive print release with all digital files, so you can print anywhere! I'm also happy to help you order professional prints, canvases, and albums through my preferred lab if you'd like museum-quality products.

After the Session

Your online gallery will be ready within 2-3 weeks. I take my time editing each image to ensure they're perfect! Rush delivery (1 week) is available for an additional fee if needed.
The number varies by session type, but you'll receive at least: 20+ images for mini sessions, 35+ for 60-minute sessions, and 50+ for 90-minute sessions. I focus on quality over quantity!
Yes! Please share and tag me (@saratorresphotography) so I can see and reshare your favorites. All I ask is that you keep the photos in their original edited form.
Absolutely! You'll receive full print release, which means you can download and print your images as many times as you'd like for personal use.
